Decadent Chocolate Mousse

This 3-ingredient chocolate mousse is rich, creamy, and unbelievably simple—made with silken tofu, cocoa powder, and naturally sweet date syrup. It’s a plant-based dessert that comes together in minutes, with no refined sugar or dairy, but all the chocolatey satisfaction you crave. Perfect for a snack or an impressive make-ahead dessert!

Ingredients

  • 300 g Silken Tofu
  • 4 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 - 4 Tbsp Date, Maple or Agave Syrup

Instructions

    Put the tofu and cocoa powder into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.


    Add 2 Tbsp of Date, Maple or Agave syrup and blend till mixed in to the tofu/cocoa mixture. Taste and adjust for more sweetener to your liking.

    Pour into small serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving but preferably overnight to allow it to set.


    Eat as is or top with berries, plant based cream or your favourite topping :)

Notes

Can be eaten almost immediately but it's better if put in the fridge overnight as the set of the mousse is much better
